Our story began with my own skincare struggles as a young adult, culminating with the birth of my son who also dealt with a variety of skin sensitivities which pushed me into searching for a better way to cleanse and sooth his skin.

When my own skin issues resurfaced, I remembered the ways I used to care for my son's skin, I began making clean ingredient old fashioned cold processed soaps and soothing bath soaks and immediately symptoms began to dissipate. With this success, I researched more skin enhancing ingredients while keeping everything natural.

As I shared these creations with family and friends, their positive feedback combined with the clear improvements on our skin, my drive to find a better soap eventually turned into Artisan Arbor Soaps Co.
